Inspections
Interior & Exterior Inspections:
A comprehensive inspection is completed within seven (7) days before a resident’s lease begins, followed by a six-month follow-up inspection during their tenancy. The initial inspection is conducted by a third-party service provider to ensure an unbiased, professional report — providing protection should any claims or legal issues arise regarding the property’s condition. We take proactive steps to safeguard our landlords in the event of litigation.
Exterior-Only Inspections:
At the 3rd and 9th month of the active lease, a Vybe Home team member conducts an exterior inspection from the street to confirm the yard and exterior are being properly maintained and meet Vybe Home standards.
