Additional fees may apply. Please refer to the management agreement and speak with your Vybe Home Representative.
If the monthly base rent is below $2,500, an additional $350 fee will be applied to the landlord for photography/videography expenses.
$350 will be paid from the first month’s rental income to cover marketing photography/videography, Welcome Guide, portal creation, onboarding 1:1 tutorials, etc.
This fee includes a comprehensive inspection report with photos to document the home's condition prior to a resident moving in. The inspection report is typically less than $200.
